Cablenet Communication Systems Plc (“Cablenet”) informs its customers that, in light of the new billing policies imposed by international telecommunications service providers, it will proceed with modifying the billing terms for landline telephone calls for all its business subscribers. Specifically, the changes concern the implementation of a minimum charge of 60 seconds for all calls, followed by a charge per 60-second increment.

The new billing policy will replace the current one, which provides for a charge per 6-second increment. These changes aim to comply with new market conditions and to enhance the services provided to our customers. The new billing policy will take effect on November 1, 2024.

 If a subscriber/Business customer wishes to terminate the above service due to this change, they have the right to do so without any cost until 31/10/2024.
